"La Sirena"

Mary and Jerry Anderson were first bitten by the sailing bug nearly 20 years ago in Minnesota. Upon moving to San Francisco and subsequently being joined by their son and avid sailor Tim, Mary and Jerry signed up for lessons at the Olympic Circle Sailing Club in Berkeley. After countless hours of on-the-water and classroom instruction, both were certified to head out on the water.

Sailing time was spent cruising the San Francisco Bay on rented J24s, swift little crafts that make up for in speed what they lack in creature comforts. But soon Mary and Jerry began knocking around the notion of owning their own boat.
